Are you perturbed at the telephone manners of todays working people?

Today, a young lady called asking to speak to my husband calling him by his first name. She did not identify the office she was calling from. As it was, she was calling from his doctor's office. This is not at all reflective of telephone business etiquette. When I call friends, I identify myself even knowing they recognize my voice. Are we not training staff anymore? This question is for Senior Citizens
